Jordan Sekulow is the Executive Director for the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ). He is the host of the Jordan Sekulow Show, a syndicated radio program that provides cutting analysis of today’s political and legal landscape and regularly features elected officials and conservative leaders from across the U.S. and around the globe. He also serves as co-host, along with ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, of the Jay Sekulow Live! radio broadcast and the ACLJ This Week television broadcast. Jordan Sekulow has extensive background as a conservative grassroots political organizer. He served as the National Youth Director for the Bush-Cheney 2004 presidential campaign and as a consultant to former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney’s 2008 presidential campaign A former member of the Huber Heights City Council, Morgan was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives in 2008. He was sworn into his first term on January 5, 2009, in a new Democratic controlled House. A year later, Morgan declared himself as a candidate for Ohio Auditor of State and was favored by many members of the Tea Party movement in Ohio. On May 16, 2011, Ohio Governor John Kasich named Morgan as a member of the Ohio Retirement Study Council. Loren J. Enns is the author of ‘The Sword of Liberty’ and President of I Am American. Loren organized the UCF Article V Convention Conference held April 26 & 27 which started the Article V Convention movement within Florida. In his professional capacity, Loren holds numerous advanced certifications from Microsoft and Cisco as a full-time computer and network engineering instructor. He has won numerous industry awards including the Cisco Sirius Top Quality Instructor Award. Loren wrote ‘The Sword of Liberty,’ an action-novel which chronicles one man’s struggle to lead America towards reform using the Constitution’s Article V Convention process Louis Marin is a Co-Founder of I Am American and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Lou served as Florida Co-State Chair for Herman Cain’s 2012 Presidential campaign before serving as campaign chairman for Todd Long’s Congressional campaign in Florida’s District 9. Louis is also Co-Founder of Fair Tax Patriots PAC and Chief Executive Officer. As a 22-year United States Navy Chief Petty Officer and Gulf War Veteran, Lou brings an enormous amount of leadership experience to the table. In addition, he is a world class magician who specializes in corporate sales marketing and he is a licensed Real Estate/Mortgage Broker Jason Hart is a lifelong Ohioan who grew up in Miami County and graduated from Miami University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. Now a resident of central Ohio, Jason is the communications director for Media Trackers Ohio, a conservative, nonpartisan project of national nonprofit Greenhouse Solutions. At Media Trackers, Jason works to hold Ohio politicians and left wing advocacy groups accountable by covering facts and topics ignored by Ohio’s legacy press. Jason is also an occasional contributor at FreedomWorks and RedState, and a columnist for The Heartland Institute’s online magazine. Mary McCleary is the Vice President for Policy at Opportunity Ohio and the Director of Data Mining at the Liberty Foundation of America. Mary graduated magna cum laude from Hillsdale College in 2009 with a major in economics and a minor in math. Prior to joining Opportunity Ohio, Mary worked as a pricing and profitability analyst at Alliance Data Systems. Before ADS, she worked for the Ohio Treasurer of State’s office and the Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions. In addition to writing policy reports and op-eds, Mary devotes much of her time to government transparency projects and has contributed significantly to the transparency tools on the Buckeye Institute, State Treasurer, and Opportunity Ohio websites.
Greg R. Lawson is the Statehouse Liaison and Policy Analyst at the Buckeye Institute. Lawson graduated summa cum laude from Ohio State University in 2000. His interest is the intersection of public policy and politics began while in college and fully took off when he became a Legislative Service Commission Intern in 2001 working with a state representative. Lawson took that legislative experience with him to the Ohio Council for Home Care where he focused on Medicaid issues, PAC fundraising and grassroots organizing. Lawson has also served as a Legislative Liaison with the Ohio Department of Commerce. Lawson has served as a public relations strategist with TRIAD Inc. and as Director of Communications for the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance. Lawson has been active at the grassroots level in numerous local, county and statewide political campaigns since 2002. He serves on the boards of two Columbus based charter schools and is a member of the Columbus Council on World Affairs.
Nationally known economist William H. Fruth will provide a chilling analysis as to how our nation has “transformed” from one which produced and imported wealth to one which borrows, distributes, and loses wealth and what we need to do to stop economic calamity. Fruth is a Co-Founder of the Balanced Budget Amendment Task Force and is an expert on the Article V amendment process. He is the author of 10 Amendments for Freedom, which advocates convening a series of amendment conventions called by the state legislatures by way of Article V of the Constitution. Fruth is the President of POLICOM Corporation; an independent economics research firm located Palm City, Florida, which specializes in studying the dynamics of local economies. He has provided studies, presentations and workshops for state-national associations and community forums in 39 states. From 1980 to 1984, Bill served in a full time capacity of Mayor of Tiffin, Ohio. During this time, he was named one of the “Five Outstanding Young Men in Ohio.” He received the Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Bowling Green State University.
Chris Littleton is the owner of Littleton and Associates, a consulting firm that helps businesses, non-profits and political organizations who can’t afford a full time Public Relations or Advertising team raise their profile and touch their consumers. His work or opinions have been featured in the Washington Times, Rolling Stone, The Hill, Fox News, USA Today, American Spectator, Reason TV and a variety of other local and regional media outlets. Joe Seehusen, Deputy National Campaign Manager for Ron Paul in 2008 said of Littleton – “Chris Littleton is a rising star in the freedom movement. Chris lives in the real world of freedom politics. Less philosophy and more petitioning. Chris is leading libertarians out of their basements and into the streets.” Dave Frost is a native of northwest Ohio, a graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in Transportation & Foreign Trade. Dave had a career with a major consumer products company as Director of Logistics, and is currently retired for 20 years. He is married, has three children, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. Discovered his interest in sustainable development movement through involvement of local organizations in an (unsuccessful) effort by the National Park Service to create a national heritage area in northeast Ohio. He participates in a national chat group focused on Sustainable Development issues. Dave is willing to travel anywhere to bring awareness to the perils of regionalism and the potential loss of privacy and personal property; government by bureaucrats; and the loss of accountability of elected officials. State Representative Andy Thompson is serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 95th District, which includes Carroll, Harrison and Noble counties, as well as portions of Washington and Belmont counties. Cheryl Blakely is very active in patriot groups in her hometown of Findlay. Currently she is the Co-Organizer of The Findlay 9.12 Project and was the Northwest Region Coordinator (27 counties) for the successful Ohio Project ballot initiative, which is now part of the Ohio Constitution as the Healthcare Freedom Amendment. She is also a member of Citizens for Findlay, a grassroots group that fought a permanent 1/4% city income tax increase and won. She also had roles with the Ohio Voter Integrity Project, Faith 4 Freedom, Freedom Works, Josh Mandel campaign, Hancock County Republicans, 60 Plus & Dr. Gray speaking event, Citizens for Community Values phone bank, Americans for Prosperity & Northwest Ohio Conservative Coalition. Chris Long is the President of Ohio Christian Alliance, a public policy, voter education organization representing Christian interests before the Ohio legislature and the U.S. Congress. Ohio Christian Alliance has produced and distributed over 8 million voter guides for distribution to thousands of churches in all 88 counties in Ohio since 2002. The Christian Alliance advocates for pro-life, pro-family, religious liberty, First Amendment issues. OCA has championed a number of legislative successes over the years, including defending Ohio’s State Motto, passage of the Defense of Marriage Act, the Choose Life License Plate, the passage of Ohio’s Constitutional Amendment, and the recent passage of The Founding of America Documents Bill. He was the 2012 recipient of the Eagle Forum Award from Phyllis Schlafley. He is the host of Christian News in Focus, a weekly radio program heard throughout Ohio. Heidi Huber – Mom, Wife, Patriot Activist, Founder-Ohioans Against Common Core, SW Ohio liberty leader, Financial Administrator-Miami Valley Christian Academy. Believes “the future of our Republic rests in reclaiming our children from the state and re-seating our parental authority over their moral and academic education. Such failure leaves all future generations without a foundation for public policy rooted in liberty’s first principles. “The grass is green where you water it”. David F. Forte is Professor of Law at Cleveland State University. He holds degrees from Harvard College, Manchester University, England, the University of Toronto and Columbia University. During the Reagan administration, Professor Forte served as chief counsel to the United States delegation to the United Nations and alternate delegate to the Security Council. He has authored a number of briefs before the United States Supreme Court, and has frequently testified before the United States Congress and consulted with the Department of State on human rights and international affairs issues. He writes and speaks nationally on topics such as constitutional law, religious liberty, Islamic law, the rights of families, and international affairs. He is Senior Editor of The Heritage Guide to the Constitution (2006) published by Regnery & Co, a clause by clause analysis of the Constitution of the United States. State Representative Matt Huffman is currently serving his fourth term in the Ohio House of Representatives and represents the 4th House District, which includes all of Allen County. He currently serves as the House speaker pro tempore and previously served as the House majority floor leader during the 129th General Assembly. Representative Huffman is the chief sponsor of House Joint Resolution 7 – Balanced Budget Amendment Convention.
